As part of our induction process, we ensure that all our workers have a valid CSCS card or proof of competency, full PPE (hard hat, ‘hi-viz’ vest and steel toe-capped boots, gloves and glasses), and speak English. We deliver to site on their first day, and visit site on a weekly basis to ensure they are perfoming well, and deal with any issues that may arise.

We want to ensure you get a positive experience of using our workers, so any questions or advise you have, we are willing to listen. We link with training professionals so can arrange, sometimes at short notice additional or adhoc training that may be required, such as Demolition / Asbestos awareness, face fit tests etc.
